What the hell is an "Upgrade"?

Great question!

Upgrade: shifting from a disempowered way of being to an empowered way of being.

Do you want to know the funnest part about upgrading?

It is SUPER Easy :)  Upgrade technology is SIMPLE yet POWERFUL!

Upgrading is all based in language - our reality is created through our language.  We simply bring awareness to language that create disempowered ways of being and replace it with language that create empowered ways of being.

Simple example of an upgrade (I chose to upgrade myself today):

Disempowering: "It's hard for me to find my niche!!!!"  (Time for an upgrade)

Empowering: "It's easy for me to find my niche!!!" Upgrade....done!

By replacing "hard" with "easy" I altered and created my reality. It is really just that simple.

How did I become the Upgrade Queen?

I didn't start out life out this empowered, bold and with my authenticity and transparency volume on super loud.

I spent most of my life:
- in abusive relationships
- holding strongly to the belief that I am stupid, too hyper and loud
- hating my body
- battling an eating disorder
- feeling ashamed and embarrassed around sexuality
- believing that the very essence of me hurts people
- fearful of men
- running around thinking its my job to including people and "making" them feel important and special  - thinking its my fault if anyone around me is upset, hurt or angry.

Aaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!  Enough was enough!

I decided to upgrade me.  I have spent many years learning and growing from countless healers, workshops, guru's, teachers, elders, transformative festivals and events and so much more that have all contributed to me KNOWING that I am:
Beautiful
Strong
Brilliant
Courageous
Bold
Powerful
Loving
Generous
Compassionate

I NOW spend my life:
- knowing the very essence of me inspires and leaves others feeling loved
- sexually liberated - free of shame and guilt
- choosing to include people as opposed to it being an obligation
- in loving, nurturing and supportive relationships
- loving my high energy and loudness
- confident around men
- transforming my eating disorder (still working on that one a bit)
- loving my body
- realizing that those around me who feel angry, hurt or sad is THEIR experience and NOT my fault

I have gathered wisdom and I now choose to take on the responsibility to share what I have learned to empower sisters around the world to Upgrade.  That is to step into the Truth that who YOU are is perfect, whole and complete just as you are,
in this very moment!
